Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in a protective box or anti-static bag to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, and we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
